Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes. We monitor your flight number in real time and adjust the pickup time free of charge if your flight is delayed.
How long will the driver wait at the airport?
Arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, and departures include 15 minutes. Additional waiting time can be arranged in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Later cancellations are charged at 50 percent of the booking value.
